Job Responsibilities:
1. Installing & Servicing of our IOT Devices at farmer’s site
2. Effectively explain the functionality and benefits of our devices to farmers.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Plan and coordinate with customer care team for timely installations of devices as per customer schedules.
Key Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle field operations effectively.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Qualification:
• ITI /Diploma/B-Tech in Electrical.
