- The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience exclusively in Agri Insurance
- Possess excellent communication and convincing skills,
- A sound understanding of insurance policies
- Ability to educate & guide farmers through the process of obtaining insurance coverage, understanding premium rates, and navigating the claims process
- Oversee the entire Insurance policy & claims process to ensure timely policy Issuance and fair settlement of insurance claims while maintaining the high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on Details of policy issuance, current status, claims data, and customer satisfaction.
