Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Head will be responsible for defining, implementing, and scaling quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes to ensure high product quality throughout the production lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define, document, and implement QA/QC processes for production.
• Ensure adherence to QA/QC processes across all stakeholders and maintain synchronization.
• Maintain detailed records of QA/QC processes and test reports.
• Scale QA/QC processes to meet increasing production demands, from 1 to 10, 10 to 100, and 100 to 1000 units.
• Take proactive initiatives to improve product quality and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to address quality issues and optimize processes.
• Monitor compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Regularly report quality metrics and updates to the management.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC management.
• In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
• Proven ability to scale quality processes in production environments.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
