Qualification:
BSc or MSc in life sciences/aqua culture/fisheries
- Technical Proficiency – Ability to use and update mobile applications for farm monitoring and data accuracy.
- Communication & Customer Support – Strong online support skills to assist aqua farmers effectively.
- Data Management & Analysis – Capability to track farm activity and ensure efficient data handling.
- Collaboration & Teamwork – Working closely with the team to enhance the mobile platform and optimize user experience.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability – Ability to troubleshoot issues and adapt to evolving farm technologies.
- Knowledge of Aquaculture & Farming Practices – Understanding of aqua farming operations and best practices.
- Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy in farm activity updates and data entry.
- Project Management – Coordinating tasks and ensuring smooth execution of farm-related activities.
